Represent our company with exemplary customer service skills
Interpret alarm signal activity and initiate accurate response
Dispatch appropriate emergency agencies as needed
Verification phone calls on alarm signals
Coordinate communications between premises representatives and authorities
Manage high volume of incoming/outgoing phone calls
Notify proper contacts of non-emergency signals
Handle incoming calls from customers, dealers, and technicians
Interpret alarm activity and events to responsible contacts
Enter account information and zone data at technicians’ request
Help troubleshoot issues with technicians and customers
Some clerical work
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Pass background check and drug test
Ability to walk up and down stairs
This position starts at $15/hr & is $16/hour upon completion of training.
